Abstract
Objective To investigate nursing effect of immune adsorption in treatment of patients with severe systemic lupus erythematosus. Methods 92 cases of patients with severe systemic lupus erythematosus were selected and treated with immune adsorption. Patients were divided into two groups by random number table method. 46 patients were divided into control group and received routine nursing. 46 patients were divided into observation group and received nursing intervention. Lupus activity index and health status rating scale were evaluated before and after the intervention. Improvement of detection indexes, hospitalization, and nursing between two groups were compared. Results After intervention, IgA, IgG, IgM, anti-ds-DNA, anti-nuclear antibody titer, lupus activity index were decreased in two groups. C3, C4, physiological function score, mental health score were increased in two groups. IgA, IgG, IgM, anti-ds-DNA, anti-nuclear antibody titer, lupus activity index in observation group were lower than those in control group. C3, C4, physiological function score, mental health score, nursing satisfaction in observation group were higher than those in control group. Hospitalization time and hospitalization expenses in observation group were less than those in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Immune adsorption has significant effect in treatment of severe systemic lupus erythematosus. Nursing intervention is helpful to improve therapeutic effect.关键词
