摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of minimally invasive aspiration of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage, and to evaluate its worth. Methods 60 cases of patients with cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into observation group(30 cases, minimally invasive aspiration surgery), control group(30 cases, conservative treatment), compared two groups of patients with clinical treatment effects and occurrence of complications. Results The total effective rate was significantly higher(P < 0.05), and the overall incidence of complications, mortality was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Minimally invasive aspiration treatment HICH, effective, safe, worthy of promotion.关键词
