Abstract
Objective To investigate the value of Implantable central venous port for high cervical cancer with chemotherapy drug resistance. Methods 80 cases with high resistant cervical cancer from March 2014 to March 2016 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, with 40 cases in each. Patients in the control group were implemented with peripheral vein central venous catheterization, and patients in the observation group were implanted central venous port. Infusion-related complications and adverse reactions, success rate and disposable catheter and catheter successful time-consuming of the two groups were compared. Results The infection, blood clots, the overall incidence of detached and clogging rate of the observation group were lower than those of control group (P<0.05). During chemotherapy, total proportion of transfusion-related adverse events of the observation group were lower than that of control group (P<0.05). Catheter of the observation group was longer than that of control group (P<0.05). Indwelling catheter of life quality of the observation group was super than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Implantable central venous port for high cervical cancer with chemotherapy drug resistance can effectively reduce transfusion related adverse reactions and can increase tolerance and prolong catheter time.关键词
