摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the correlation factors of influencing the surgical outcome of hip fracture in the elderly. Methods 78 cases of patients aged 60 years and above underwent surgical treatment of hip fracture and agreed to follow up from January 2012 to June 2015 were selected and retrospectively analyzed. Results Age,timing of surgery, surgical approach, the quality of reduction, type of fracture and preoperative coexisting disease were the influence factors of skeletal joint function score excellent or not after operation, and all factors OR < 1were risk factors. Conclusion Improving preoperative health, good grasp of the operation time, improving surgery skills, early postoperative correct participate rehabilitation can reduce postoperative complications prevention, and they have a positive effect to postoperative recovery skeletal joints.关键词
