Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of percutaneous poking internal fixation and open reduction and internal fixation for the treatment of calcaneal fracture. Methods 75 cases of calcaneal fractures were selected from May 2013 to December 2014 in our hospital.All patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,38 cases and 37 cases.The control group was treated with open reduction and internal fixation,and the observation group was treated with percutaneous poking and internal fixation.Observe the clinical curative effect of the two groups and observe the two groups of patients in hospital days and hospitalization expenses,complications and treatment before and after the change of s’Bohler angle were observed and compared. Results The excellent and good rate of the observation group was 92.11%.Significantly higher than the control group of two,the difference between the 81.08% groups was significant (P < 0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group was significantly less than the control group,the difference was significant between the two groups(P<0.05).The incidence rate of complications in the observation group was 7.89%,significantly lower than that of the control group (two),and the difference was significant (P<0.05).In the two groups,the s' Bohler angle was significantly higher than that before treatment,and the difference was significant (P<0.05).But there was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment (P > 0.05). Conclusion Calcaneal fractures treated by percutaneous poking fixation clinical curative effect in satisfaction,can significantly reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,reduce the economic burden of the patients,it is worthy of clinical application.关键词
