摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate clinical effect of DCO in treatment of unstable pelvic fracture combined with multiple limbs multiple fractures and its influence on blood coagulation function. Methods 103 cases of patients with unstable pelvic fracture combined with multiple limbs multiple fractures cured in our hospital from March 2014 to August 2015 were selected and randomly divided into the control group (n=51) and observation group (n=52). Patients in observation group were treated with DCO,and patients in control group were treated with open reduction and internal fixation. Results The amount of bleeding,operation time,body temperature recovery time,callus time,the excellent rate of fracture healing and the incidence of complication of observation group were significantly better than those of the control group (P < 0.05).After treatment,FIB,APTT,TT and PT of observation group were significantly better than those of control group (P<0.05).The incidence of complication of observation group was 5.8%,which was significantly better than that of control group with 23.5% (P < 0.05). Conclusion The effect of DCO treatment in treatment of unstable pelvic fracture combined with multiple limbs multiple fractures is ideal.It has few postoperative complications,and it can improve the patient’s coagulation function.It is worth promoting.关键词
