摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of standardized dust mite allergen immunotherapy program in treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods 188 cases of patients with allergic rhinitis cured in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were selected as the study objects. According to digital table method, they were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 94 cases in each. Patients in control group were treated with routine medicine, including anti histamine drugs, nasal corticosteroids, etc. And patients in observation group were treated with standardized dust mite allergen immunotherapy program. The qualities of life of the two groups were compared before and after treatment by using the quality of life questionnaire (RQLQ). Results The total effective rate of observation group was 88.3%, which was significantly higher than that of control group with 54.3%, and the difference was statistically significant (χ2=7.451, P < 0.05). A total of 3 I grade systemic reactions were occurred during the treatment period in observation group, the incidence of adverse reactions was 6.4%, but all the adverse reactions were relieved after drug treatment. In the control group, there was no significant systemic reaction. There was no significant difference between the two groups (χ2=1.947, P>0.05). There was no significant difference in RQLQ scores between the two groups before treatment. After treatment, activity, sleep, behaviors, nasal symptoms, eye symptoms, emotion, whole life quality score of observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion Standard immunotherapy in treatment of patients with allergic rhinitis has definite curative effect. It can effectively improve the patient’s clinical symptoms, and improve the quality of life of patients. The security is good. It is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.关键词
