原发性甲状腺功能减退症患者尿足细胞及肾小管相关指标的变化
Changes in related indicators of urinary tract and renal tubule of patients with primary hypothyroidism
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the changes in related indicators of urinary tract and renal tubule of patients with primary hypothyroidism. And to know the influence of thyroid dysfunction to foot cell and renal tubule. Methods 80 cases of patients with primary hypothyroidism were selected as observation group(n=80), and 80 cases of physical health person were selected as control group(n=80). The contents of podocalyxin(PCX), urinary albumin (ALB), urinary N- acetyl beta -D amino(NAG), Urinary neutrophil gelatinase associated protein(NGAL)lipid reprint,urinary neutrophil gelatinase associated protein(NGAL)lipid reprint, urine acid(TA), and urine ammonium ion(NH4+)of the two groups were detected. And the change of the content was analyzed statistically. Results Urine PCX/CR、ALB/CR of observation group were higher than those of vontrol group (P < 0.05). Urine NAG/CR、NGAL/CR of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group (P < 0.05). And there were no statistical significance on TA and NH4+ (P > 0.05). Conclusion There were different degrees of damage in the cells of the foot and the proximal end of the kidney of patients with primary hypothyroidism. But distal tubule damage is not obvious.关键词
