Abstract
Objective To explore the application value of pilose antler polypeptide - FK506 - PLGA composite membrane in the repair of peripheral nerve injury. Methods 72 male SD rats (4-6 weeks) were selected to build sciatic nerve injury model, and they were divide into 4 groups, with 18 cases in each. Rats in group A were treated with nerve anastomosis with pilose antler polypeptide - FK506 - PLGA composite membrane, rats in group B were treated with deer antler polypeptide - PLGA composite film bag, rats in group C were treated with FK506 around -PLGA composite membrane, and rats in group D were treated with end to end anastomosis. The leg triceps evoked potential recovery rate, regenerative myelinated fibers count (n), diameter (mm) and cross-sectional area recovery rate (%) after 2, 4, 6 weeks in different groups were compared. Results The potential recovery rate in group A in different points were significantly better than that in group B, C and D(P < 0.05),and the potential recovery rate in group B and C were better than that in group D. At 2, 4, 6 weeks postoperatively, the regenerative myelinated fibers count, diameter and cross-sectional area recovery rate in group A were significantly better than those in group B, C and D (P < 0.05), and the regenerative myelinated fibers count, diameter and cross-sectional area recovery rate in group D were significantly lower than those in group B and C. Conclusion Pilose antler polypeptide - FK506 - PLGA composite membrane can effectively promote the regeneration of the peripheral nerve defect effectively, and support a good biocompatibility as well as effective nutrient supply.关键词
