Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of Gongliuxiao capsule combined with mifepristone in treatment of patients with uterine fibroids and its influence on serum E2,LH and P levels. Methods 80 cases of patients with uterine fibroids cured in our hospital from April 2012 to December 2014 were selected. According to the random distribution,all patients were divided into group A (n=40) and group B(n=40).Patents in group B were treated with oral mifepristone tablets 30mg/d,for 6 months.On this basis,patients in group A were treated with oral palace tumor Xiao capsule 3 capsules/time,TID,for six months.Clinical curative effect,progesterone (LH) before and after the treatment,estradiol (E2),progesterone (P) levels and adverse reactions of patients in the two groups were observed.And conditions of the two groups were comparatively analyzed. Results After treatment,E2,LH and P levels of patients in two groups were lower than those before treatment,the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).And E2,LH and P levels decline ranges of patients in group A were significantly lower than those of group B,there were statistically significant differences (P < 0.05).Uterine volume and fibroid volume of patients in the two groups were significantly reduced,and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05).Uterine volume and fibroid volume decline ranges of group A group were bigger than those of group B,the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05).The total effective rate of group A was 92.5%;the total effective rate of group B was 75%,and there were significant differences between the two groups (P < 0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were 12.5% and 17.5%respectively,and there was no significant difference (P > 0.05). Conclusion Gongliuxiao capsule combined with mifepristone in treatment of uterine fibroids can reduce tumor volume,reduce the level of sex hormones,and effectively improve the patient’s clinical symptoms.It is safe and effective.关键词
