胺碘酮联合厄贝沙坦治疗阵发性房颤的疗效观察

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of amiodarone combined with irbesartan in the treatment of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation. Methods 40 cases of patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation treated with amiodarone in our hospital from April 2012 to February 2016 were selected as control group, and 40 cases of patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation treated with amiodarone combined with irbesartan were selected as experiment group. Effects after treatment of the two groups were statistical. Results The response of experiment group for disease rate was 92.5%, and the remission rate of control group was 75.0%. There was statistical difference, (P < 0.05). There were no distinctions on sinus rhythm maintenance rate 3 months, 6 months after treatment between experiment group and control group (P > 0.05). There were some distinctions on sinus rhythm maintenance rate 9 months after treatment and 12 months after the rate (P < 0.05). Left atrial diameters of patients in experiment group were less than those of patients in control group 6 months and 12 months after treatment. There was statistical difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of amiodarone combined with irbesartan in treatment of patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation is outstanding. It can improve disease, prevent left atrial enlargement, and enhance the overall effect. It is worth learning.关键词
