Abstract
Objective To analyze the characteristics and risk factors of adverse reactions caused by Levofloxacin injection, and to provide a reliable reference for clinical prevention and treatment of adverse reactions caused by Levofloxacin injection. Methods 550 copies of medication data with the application of levofloxacin injection in the treatment at the stage from January 2013 to December 2015 were retrospectively selected and studied. Whether adverse reaction in the patients’data of levofloxacin injection accrued in the treatment or not was analyzed, and characteristics of levofloxacin injection induced adverse reaction were analyzed. The daily dosage of levofloxacin, every day to the frequency of administration and whether the combined use of drugs or not were observed. The correlation coefficients between variables were calculated. And the risk factors of the occurrence of adverse reactions were analyzed by using multiple logistic regression analysis. Results Among the 550 patients who were treated with Levofloxacin injection, a total of 50 patients occurred adverse reactions. In the patients with adverse reactions after Levofloxacin injection, the highest proportion was elderly patients over 60 years old, and the proportion was 46%. The distribution of adverse reaction symptoms from high to low in order was the digestive system, skin, cardiovascular system, nervous system, urinary system. Ages, the daily dose, the numbers of times per day and drug combination were the risk of adverse reaction after Levofloxacin injection. The patient's age, the using of levofloxacin injection dosage, the frequency of administration, combination rate were closely related with the occurrence of adverse reactions. Conclusion Adverse reactions caused by Levofloxacin injection often occurs in elderly patients, and patient's age, injection dosage, the number of medicine and drug combination are closely related.关键词
