Abstract
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of gangliosides in treatment of severe stroke patients and its influence on serum interleukins. Methods 120 cases of severe stroke patients cured in our hospital from Jun 2011 to Dec 2015 were enrolled in this part. The effect of gangliosides in treatment of severe stroke and its influence on serum interleukins were detected. Results The results showed that the NIHSS scores were decreased greatly (P < 0.05) after the medication of gangliosides. At the meaning time, the serum IgA, IgM, IgG, IL-2, IL-3, IL-6 and BNP, CRP, Hcy concentration were decreased greatly(P < 0.05) after the treatment of gangliosides. Conclusion Gangliosides exerts a significant effect on severe stroke, which is related with the regulation on serum interleukins.关键词
