摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of amiodarone combined with metoprolol intravenous injection in treatment of tachyarrhythmia. Methods 77 cases of rapid arrhythmia in our hospital from June 2014 to April 2016 were selected and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Patients in control group were treated with amiodarone therapy, and patients in observation group were treated with amiodarone combined with metoprolol intravenous injection treatment. The treatment index, treatment efficiency, sinus rhythm conversion rate, recurrence rate and incidence of complications between two groups were analyzed and compared. Results There were no statistical significances on systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and HR between the two groups before the treatment. After treatment, the SBP, DBP, HR in observation group were significantly reduced, compared with the control group. The onset time, SBP, DBP, HR in observation group were significantly less than those in control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The treatment efficiency and sinus rhythm cardio version rate in observation group were higher than those in control group, the recurrence rate and complication rate were lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Intravenous amiodarone combined with metoprolol in treating rapid arrhythmia has significant curative effect. It is worth popularizing.关键词
