西地那非治疗中青年脑梗死后勃起功能障碍疗效观察
Curative effect observation of silaenafil in treatment of erectile dysfunction in young and middle-aged patients with cerebral infarction

Abstract
Objective To explore the curative effect of silaenafil in treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED) after cerebral infarction. Methods 60 cases of patients with mild to moderate ED after cerebral infarction cured in neurology clinic of Hechi Chinese Medicine Hospital from May 2015 to June 2016 were selected and randomly divided into study group (5 cases of mild ED,10 cases of mild to moderate ED,and 15 cases of moderate ED) and control group (6 cases of mild ED,9 cases of mild to moderate ED,and 15 cases of moderate ED) with 30 cases in each.Xuesaitong effervescent tablets,nimodipine,aspirin, piracetam Tablets and other conventional drugs were used in the two groups,blood pressure was regulated,and blood glucose,blood lipid were controlled.Patients in study group were treated with silaenafil.The course of treatment was 6 weeks in two groups.The efficacy of the two groups and the difference between the groups were evaluated by CIEF-5 score. Results CIEF-5 score after 6 weeks of treatment showed that erectile function of patients in study group was improved in some extent.Total effective rate was 83.3%.Adverse reactions had a stuffy nose,dizziness,facial flushing.All of them were slight,and they did not affect the treatment. But the erectile function of patients in control group was not obviously improved.Total effective rate was 33.3%.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Silaenafil in treatment of erectile dysfunction after cerebral infarction is safe and effective.It is worthy of further study.关键词
