Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical nursing measures of patients with personality disorders and to analyze its nursing effect. Methods Clinical data of 80 cases of patients with personality disorders cured in our hospital from October 2014 to October 2015 were collected. Its nursing effect was retrospectively analyzed. Results BRPS score of the cases before and after the treatment respectively were (42.76±6.18) and (19.07±3.42) points. The reduction rate was 55.40%,and the difference was significant (P < 0.05). In the 80 cases, 68 cases (85%) were successfully recovered,10 cases (12.5%) were significantly improved, and 2 cases (2.5%) needed referral for treatment. Through targeted nursing intervention,the mental state of patients were significantly improved compared with before intervention (P < 0.05). 99% of the patients successfully established a good relationship between nurses and patients,and the prognosis of their medication compliance was 97.50%, which was significantly improved (P < 0.05),compared with 81.25% before the intervention. Conclusion Targeted nursing intervention can help patients recover as soon as possible, and it can effectively improve the quality of life of patients.关键词
