Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of anti-blocking tube indwelling needle in children’s infusion. Methods 100 cases of children with intravenous infusion with indwelling needle in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2015 were selected as study objects. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 50 cases in each according to digital table method. Children in control group were treated with compliance sealing type indwelling needle, and children in observation group were treated with anti-blocking tube indwelling needle. Average indwelling time and risk event incidence rate of indwelling needle of the children in the two groups were compared. Results Average indwelling time of observation group was (82.4±6.5)h, and average indwelling time of control group was (53.5±2.6)h. The difference was significant (P < 0.05). There was 1 case of phlebitis, 0 cases of blocking tube, 0 cases of removal of tube occurred in the treatment period in observation group, and the occurrence of risk events was 2%. There was1 case of phlebitis, 9 cases of blocking tube, 2 cases of removal of tube occurred in the treatment period in control group, and the occurrence of risk events was 24.0%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Anti-blocking tube indwelling needle can effectively prevent the occurrence of blocking tube, removing tube, and other risk events. It can be effectively used in children's patients. It is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.关键词
