Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of clinical pathway nursing mode on acute appendicitis operation. Methods 740 patients of acute appendicitis cured in our hospital from January 2012 to February 2016 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 370 cases in each. Patients in control group were given routine care, and patients in experimental group were given clinical nursing pathway in nursing. Surgical efficacy, quality of care, and satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The incision healing rates of excellent and good of experimental group and control group were respectively 90.3% and 80.3%, complication rates were respectively 2.2% and 7.6%, and the differences between the two groups were significantly different(P< 0.05). Nursing comprehensive scores of experimental group and control group were respectively(9.1±1.1), and(6.7±1.5), P < 0.05, and nursing satisfaction of experimental group and control group were respectively were 97.0% and 93.8%(P < 0.05). Conclusion For acute appendicitis surgery patients, clinical pathway nursing mode can significantly improve the curative effect, promote the quality of care, and improve the satisfaction of nursing has a positive effect.
