Abstract
Objective To investigate the influence of quality nursing measures to psychological state of oral mucosa patients with precancerous lesions. Methods 100 cases of oral mucosa patients with precancerous lesions cured in our hospital from January 2012 to June 2015 were selected as the study objects. According to random digital table method, they were divided into two groups with 50 in each. Patients in control group were treated with usual care, and patients in observation group were treated with quality nursing measures. Zung depression (SDS), anxiety (SAS) self-rating scale and quality of life (WHOQOL-100) determination scale were used to analyze and evaluate the psychological state and quality of life of patients in the two groups. Results There were no significant differences between the two groups on SAS and SDS scores before nursing (P > 0.05). SAS and SDS scores after nursing were significantly decreased, and SAS and SDS scores of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Physical health, interpersonal, physiological function, spirit and other quality of life score of patients in observation group after nursing were significantly higher than those of control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Quality nursing measures can improve the psychological state of oral mucosa patients, and it is helpful to improve the quality of life. It has important clinical value.关键词
