妊娠晚期超声诊断帆状胎盘在产科的应用研究
Application of ultrasound in the diagnosis of velamentous placenta on late pregnancy in obstetrics

Abstract
Objective To study the application of ultrasound in the diagnosis of velamentous placenta on late pregnancy in obstetrics. Methods 40 cases of maternal,who were diagnosed velamentous placenta after delivery in our hospital from January 2014 to March 2015,were selected as the study objects of observation group. In the same period,40 cases of pregnant women with non - velamentous placenta were randomly selected as the control group. Clinical characteristics and prenatal and postnatal diagnosis results of the two groups were compared. Results The amount of postpartum hemorrhage and abnormal fetal heart rate monitoring of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, the differences were significant between the two groups (P < 0.05). In the mode of delivery and poor prognosis aspects of newborn,the two groups were not significant(P < 0.05).Among the 40 cases of maternal, there were 38 cases diagnosed as velamentous placenta with prenatal ultrasonic, and there were 40 cases diagnosed as velamentous placenta postnatal. Diagnosis rate Postnatal was 100%, and prenatal ultrasound missed two cases, and misdiagnosis rate was 5%. Conclusion Ultrasonography can significantly improve velamentous placenta in prenatal diagnosis.关键词
