Abstract
Objective To explore the value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of the cause of male infertility. Methods 186 cases of male infertility cured in our hospital from March 2012 to August 2014 were selected as the study objects. All patients underwent clinical diagnosis of scrotal palpation of the reproductive system and color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis. Inspection diagnosis results of all the patients were compared. Results All male infertility patients after different inspection methods, the palpation of the scrotum scrotal abnormalities detected in patients was 15.05% (28/186), scrotal ultrasound diagnostic accuracy in patients with abnormal rate was 49.46%(92 /186), comparing two sets of data for male infertility patients scrotum abnormal phenomenon,ultrasound detection rate was significantly higher (P < 0.05). Compared all male infertility patients after different methods to check the specific cause of the detection rate, after ultrasonography, varicocele detection rate was 33.33%, testicular microlithiasis disease detection rate was 5.38%, ejaculatory duct obstruction detection the rate was 12.37%, testicular cyst detection rate was 2.69%, vas deferens detection rate was 4.84%, after palpation of the scrotum, varicocele detection rate was 13.44%, the detection rate of testicular microlithiasis disease was2.15%, detection rate of ejaculatory duct obstruction was 3.23%, testicular cyst detection rate was 1.08%, and vas deferens detection rate was 0.54%. Data comparison between the two groups, the detection rate of ultrasound varicocele, ejaculatory duct obstruction and vas deferens scrotal palpation was higher than the detection rate. The difference was significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The diagnosis of the cause of male infertility, ultrasound diagnosis plays an important role. It can detect out the abnormal phenomenon, which was difficult to find in routine clinical examination. It can identify the cause of the patient. It is beneficial to provide reference for further treatment. It is suitable for extensive promotion.关键词
