MRI arthrography and MRI diagnosis of anterior shoulder labrum injury

Abstract
Objective To compare the effect of MRI and MR for anterior shoulder labrum injury in the diagnosis arthrography. Methods 100 cases of shoulder instability and (or) dislocation of the patients cured in our hospital from March 2013 to March 2016 were gathered as the study objects, 30 patients with confirmed arthroscopic anterior shoulder labrum injury patients and unconfirmed 70 patients of the disease were all underwent MRI and MR arthrography. Clinical sensitivity, specificity, youden index and accuracy of two imaging diagnostic methods on the shoulder labrum injury check were observed and compared. And clinical compliance rates of two imaging diagnostic methods on the shoulder labrum injury classification were observed and compared. Results Specificity and accuracy of MR arthrography diagnosis of anterior shoulder labrum injury were 98.6% and 98.0%, which were significantly better than MRI with 90.0% and 90.0%. The differences between the two groups was statistically significant P=0.028, respectively and P=0.0172. Compliance rate of MRI diagnosis of anterior shoulder labrum injury was 76.6%, Compliance rates of MR diagnosis of anterior shoulder labrum injury was 90.0%. There was no statistical significance (P=0.921). Conclusion Specificity and accuracy of MR arthrography diagnosis of anterior shoulder labrum damage were higher. It is worth popularizing and applying.关键词
