Abstract
Objective To explore the regularities of distribution on Multislice spiral CT study SpV and SUV blood flow in the portal vein and liver. Methods 125 cases of admissions of patients cured in our hospital from February 2013 to June 2014 were selected as the research object.Multislice spiral CT scan and enhanced scan were used in the upper abdomen of patients,and the distribution of blood flow in SpV and SMV in patients with portal vein (MPV) was observed.The liver left lobe of the liver and of the right lobe of the CT values of patients were measured on unenhanced and enhanced inspection after left hepatic artery portal vein (LPV) and arterial portal vein right branch (RPV).And then the distribution of blood flow of SpV and SMV in patients with portal vein and liver were analyzed. Results There were 81 cases (64.80%) of patients with stratified distribution of portal vein blood flow within SpV and SMV (A group),and 32 cases (25.60%) of patients with a spiral-shaped distribution (B group),and the remaining 12(9.60%) patients were disordered distribution (Cgroup).When patients were plain,the distribution of blood flow in the portal vein intrahepatic left branch and the right branch were no significant difference (P > 0.05).When patients were enhanced scan artery,portal vein and the left branch of the hepatic blood flow distribution were significantly higher blood flow distribution right branch (P < 0.05).There were 105 cases of patients with SpV blood first entering the patient left portal vein,and then flowing to the left lobe of the liver patients,and SMV into the patient's blood was fist entering the right portal vein,and then flowing to the right lobe of the liver of patients. Conclusion SpV and SMV blood flow of patients exist in the portal vein and liver by stratification distribution,spiral-shaped distribution, distribution of disorder present three forms of distributions.SpV blood of majority of patient is into the liver via the portal vein in patients with left lobe,SMV blood is the right lobe of the liver of the patient through the right branch of the portal vein.关键词
