Emergency analysis of cardiovascular diseases and its clinical treatment method

Abstract
Objective To explore the characteristics of emergency treatment of cardiovascular diseases, and to explore the treatment methods and effects. Methods 60 cases of emergency patients with cardiovascular diseases cured in our hospital from January 2013 to February 2016 were selected.According to 1-60 sorts, patients in the singular were divided into control group, and patients in the dual were divided into study group. Among them, patients in control group were treated with basic therapy, and patients in study group were treated with pitavastatin calcium statin combination therapy on the basis of basic therapy. Therapeutic effect was assessed. Results Disease remission rate of study Group was 93.3% (28/30).The complication rate was 6.7% (2/30),and disease remission rate of control group was 70.0% (21/30),the complication rate was 26.7% (8/30)( P < 0.05).There was statistical difference between the two groups.Angina onset time and duration of study group were shorter than those of control group(P < 0.05).There was statistical difference. Conclusion Perindopril, pitavastatin calcium statin combination therapy in treatment of emergency patients with cardiovascular diseases has outstanding effect. It can improve symptoms, reduce the number of episodes of angina pectoris, and prevent cardiovascular events. It is worth using for reference.关键词
