血浆NT-proBNP在AHF诊治及预后评估中的应用价值
The value of the use of plasma NT-proBNP in the early diagnosis and management for patient with acute heart failure
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the value of the use of Plasma NT- proBNP in early diagnosis and management of acute heart failure (AHF) patient. Methods 127 cases of patients with AHF were diagnosed and analyzed in the emergency department of our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015. According to the NYHA classification of cardiac function, they were divided into four groups:Heart function class I, heart function class II, heart function class III, heart function class IV. The association of Plasma NT- proBNP, LVEF and the event of MACE were analyzed. Results The increasing level of Plasma NT- proBNP was positively associated with the NYHA classification of cardiac function, but negatively associated with LVEF. The decreasing level of Plasma NT- proBNP after the treatment of one week was negatively associated with the NYHA classification of cardiac function and the event of MACE. Conclusion The plasma NT - proBNP in the early diagnosis and treatment of patients with AHF and prognosis has great importance in the appraisal.关键词
