Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of total hip replacement in the treatment of elderly patients with secondary osteoarthritis secondary to hip dysplasia. Methods 48 cases of patients with secondary osteoarthritis secondary to hip dysplasia accepted developmental treatments of hip adverse secondary osteoarthritis in our hospital from June 2012 to May 2015 were randomly selected as objects of the study, and all patients were given total hip replacement surgery. Results Compared with before the treatment, Harris score of all patients were improved, hip joint function of patient was improved significantly, and the differences between the two groups had statistical significance (P < 0.05)).After the surgery, all patients did not appear per prosthetic fracture, infection, loosening of the prosthesis, dislocation and lower extremity deep vein thrombosis and other complications. In addition, clinical imaging examination was used to the patients, the examination results showed that patient prosthesis position was good, and there was no aseptic loosening, prosthesis subsidence,no osteolysis, implant bone absorption and other symptoms. Conclusion The total hip replacement surgery for the elderly patients with secondary osteoarthritis of hip dysplasia can significantly help patients to improve hip function, and the safety of the operation is high, it is worthy of further clinical application.关键词
