摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the medication and compatibility laws of ancient TCM pills for constipation treatment based on data mining; To provide references for clinical medication and medical research. Methods The ancient pills for the constipation treatment were enrolled and processed with information standardization by retrieving the fifth edition of the Zhong Hua Yi Dian. The useage frequency and categories of medicine were put into statistics. Apriori algorthm was used to conduct association analysis. Results After screening, totally 178 ancient TCM pills for constipation treatment were included, which related to 173 herbs. Honey, with the highest useagefrequency, appeared 121 times (67.98%), followed by Rhei Radix et Rhizoma, Cannabis Semen, and Aurantii Fructus. The medicine with the highest useage frequency was purgating medicine, followed by regulating-qi medicine and tonifying-deficieny medicine;the commonly used medical pairs were Rhei Radix et Rhizoma-Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix, Rhei Radix et Rhizoma-Cinnamomi Cortex, and Rhei Radix et Rhizoma-Pruni Semen. Conclusion Medication and compatibility of ancient TCM pills for constipation treatment in the show certain laws, which can provide references for modern clinical medication and medical research.关键词
