摘要

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effects of separation parts of ethyl acetate from Ferula sinkiangensis resin on migration and invasion of HCT116 cells. Methods In vitro separation parts of ethyl acetate from Ferula sinkiangensis resin with different concentrations were acted on human colon cancer HCT116 cells for 24 h. CCK-8 method was used to detect cell proliferation, calculate the cell growth inhibition rate and IC50. Method of scratches the legitimacy and Transwell room were used to observe HCT116 cell migration ability. Results With the increase of medicine concentration, OD value in Ferula sinkiangensis resin group and cisplatin group decreased gradually;inhibition ratio and medicine concentration were dependent;IC50 was 43.98μg/mL in Ferula sinkiangensis resin group and 36.77μg/mL in cisplatin group. Compared with control group, affected by separation parts of ethyl acetate from Ferula sinkiangensis resin, migration and invasion abilities of HCT116 cells were weakened significantly (P<0.01). Conclusion Separation parts of ethyl acetate from Ferula sinkiangensis resin can reduce proliferation, migration and invasion abilities of HCT116 cells to some extent.
