不同产地鱼腥草中槲皮苷含量测定
Determination of Quercitrin in Houttuyniae Herba from Different Producing Areas
摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish a method to determine the content of quercitrin in Houttuyniae Herba; To compare the differences in the content of quercitrin in Houttuyniae Herba from different producing areas. Methods HPLC was used with octadecylsilane-bonded silica gel as the stationary phase and a mixture of acetonitrile and 0.5%HAc (19:81) as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 256nm.vThe flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. Results It was shown that quercitrinwas in a good linear relationship in the range of 0.064 56–3.228 µg. The average recovery of quercitrin was 97.68%, RSD=1.3%(n=6). Houttuyniae Herba from Sichuan Province contains the highest content of quercitrin. Conclusion This method is simple and rapid, with stability, reliability and strong specificity. The contents of quercitrin in Houttuyniae Herba from different producing areas were quite different.关键词
