Abstract
Objective To establish the method of HPLC and HPCE to determine the contents of luteolin, swertisin, swertianolin, sophordine, matrine and oxymatrine in compound Shisheng Bianlei Capsules. Methods HPLC was used to determine the contents of luteolin, swertisin, and swertianolin. HPCE was used to determine the contents of sophordine, matrine and oxymatrine. Results Under a certain chromatographic conditions, luteolin, swertisin, swertianolin, sophordinei, matrine and oxymatrine in the compound Shisheng Bianlei Capsules were well separated. Conclusion The establishment of HPLC and HPCE combined determination method is accurate and reliable, and can be used to content determination of luteolin, swertisin, swertianolin, sophordine, matrine and oxymatrine in compound Shisheng Bianlei Capsules.关键词
