摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish content determination method of glycyrrhizic acid in Shiquan Ddabu Pills, Buzhong Yiqi Pills and Yinqiao Jiedu Tablets. Methods HPLC method was used to determine the content of glycyrrhizic acid in the three preparations. Zorbax SB C18 column (150 mm×4.6 mm, 5μm) was used; Methanol-2.5%Acetic acid (65∶35) was set as the mobile phase at flow rate of 0.8 mL/min;the detection wavelength was 254 nm. Results The linear range of glycyrrhizic acid was in the range of 0.180 3–3.605 4 μg (r=1). The average recovery was 99.85% (n=6) in Shiquan Dabu Pills, 100.70% (n=6) in Buzhong Yiqi Pills, and 100.81% (n=6) in Yinqiao Jiedu Tablets. Conclusion The method is specific, simple and can be used to determine glycyrrhizic acid in the products containting glycyrrhizae.关键词
