摘要
Abstract
Recombinant tissue plasminogen activator (rt-PA) with alteplase is the ifrst choice to treat acute ischemic stroke (AIS) patients. There is a time limit for intravenous thrombolysis (IVT). Related studies showed that pre-hospital and in-hospital time delay was a major obstacle for AIS patients to receive intravenous thrombolytic therapy. This paper aimed to explore the current situation and inlfuence factors of pre-hospital and in-hospital delay in the treatment of IVT, improvements to reduce the delay time, so as to establish standardized thrombolysis system and enhance service quality.关键词
