Research hotspots in foreign and domestic precision medicine

摘要
Abstract
Objective To reveal the internal structure of precision medicine by investigating its development history and research hotspots. Methods Papers on precision medicine were retrieved from PubMed. The subject headings and high frequency words in these papers were analyzed by BICOMB 2 and SPSS 21 . 0 respectively to reveal the re-search hotspots and internal structure of precision medicine. Results The number of published papers on precision medicine was increased year by year. The journals in USA and Great Britain took a leading role in publishing such papers. The top 30 subject headings showed the research hotspots in precision medicine. Strategic coordinate analysis of subject headings displayed the internal structure of precision medicine. Conclusion Diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of tumors, and application of molecular target technology are the research hotspots in precision medicine. Treatment of breast cancer has a good prospect in the future.关键词
