摘要
Abstract
By analyzing the nature of the abandoned inheritance,this thesis compares the value of disclaim of in-heritance with the value of creditor’s rescission of rights to resolve how to balance the interests in terms of conflicts of two systems.Considering the interests of the parties,it is appropriate that the creditor is permitted to exercise the right of rescission when the debtor maliciously renounces his inheritance.关键词
