On the game of government and NGO in risk management of community disaster and relief to promote cooperation
摘要
Abstract
Functions and roles of government and NGO in risk management of community disasters are ascertained.Game model simulation analysis of government and social organization was established.The successful experience of Dujiangyan province Sichuan was analyzed.It is proposed that government could purchase services,to promote cooperation between the two.关键词
