基于百度热力图的职住平衡度量研究∗
Jobs housing balance based on Baidu thermodynamic diagram
摘要
Abstract
A j ob-housing balance measure based on Baidu thermodynamic diagram was constructed.Such work was applied to the j ob-housing relation and spatial characteristics in Chongqing metropolitan area and compared with Beijing.Chongqing job-housing relation was found to be in general,most groups were in the balance interval. Only a small number of areas showed apparent employment-concentration or housing-concentration.This is due to application of the theory of production and city development in new town construction and j ob-housing balance. The present paper provides an example of urban planning and development research.关键词
