评定菜籽粕的肉鸭净能的研究
Study on Evaluating Net Energy of Rapeseed Meal for Meat Ducks

Abstract
This experiment was conducted to measured the net energy ( NE) of rapeseed meal for meat ducks, and establish predition models for net energy of rapeseed meal based on its conventional composition for Cherry Valley duck by correlation and regression analysis. A factoral analysis procedure was used to estimate net ener⁃gy of rapeseed meal that combines net energy for maintenance ( NEm) and production ( NEp) . NEm was esti⁃mated by fasting heat production ( FHP) of meat ducks, NEp was measured using the comparative slaughter technique. A total of 760 seven⁃day⁃old Cherry Valley ducks with an average weight of (130.48±3.01) g were selected, firstly, a total of 100 ducks was seclected for the experiment of NEm, the five treatments including ad libitum and restricted feeding by 15%, 25%, 35% and 45%, respectivily;the FHP measured was by estab⁃lishing regression equation between heat production ( HP) and metabolic energy intake ( MEI) extrapolated to MEI for 0. A total of 640 ducks were seclected for the experiment of NEp which were measured by substitution method with 31 rapeseed meal groups and a basal diet group. The remaining 20 ducks of the experimental were slaughtered at the beginning of the experiment to determine the initial body energy. Each treatment contained 5 replicates with 4 ducks per replicate, at the end of experiment all ducks were slaughtered to determined the body energy. Correlation and multiple linear stepwise regression analyses were conducted to establish the mod⁃els for predicting NE of rapeseed meal by conventional compositions. The results showed as follows: 1 ) the NEm of Cherry Valley ducks was 0.557 MJ/(kg W0.75·d). 2) The NE of 31 different meals were quite dif⁃ferent, the NE of rapeseed meal was 4.18 to 6.05 MJ/kg DM using the conversion method, the NE/apparent metabolizable energy (AME) was 0.56±0.06. 3) The NE of rapeseed meal was highly revelvant with its con⁃ventional composition, multiple linear regression to establish regression model as follows, NE=0. 416AME+0.041CP-0.020NDF+0.110CF-1.093 (R2=0.901, RSD=0.06, P<0.01), in the formula, CP was crude protein, NDF was neutral detergent fiber, CF was crude fiber. It is concluded that the NE and conventional composition of rapeseed meal is quite different. The NE of rapeseed meal is highly revelvant with its conven⁃tional composition and has regression relationship.关键词
