Abstract
The archive establishment and management is one of the important compo-nents of Major State Construction Project (MSCP),which provides critical guarantees for the construction,operation and maintenance of the proj ect.Because of the complexity in sys-tem construction,a large number of development organizations participated,long implemen-tation period and many kinds of files created during the process of construction,it is necessa-ry to study how to build the archives effectively.The paper probed the requirement and codes of archive management,the content and building method of the files of MSCP,de-scribed the China Earthquake Background Field Exploration Proj ect (CEBFEP),as one of MSCP of “12th Five-Year Plan”,and its archives establishment and management.The ar-chives,as an example established by China Earthquake Networks Center,as the legal entity leading the project and main unit undertaking some of the sub-projects,were introduced mainly.The experience and deficiency of the archives establishment and management of CEBFEP were discussed finally according to the practical complete status.关键词
