商用车噪声实验与抑制分析
Noise test and optimization of a commercial vehicle
摘要
Abstract
At present the noise of domestic commercial vehicle is generally higher than that of the foreign commer-cial vehicle. Based on the tests of the noise emitted by accelerating vehicle, vehicle exhaust, and stationary road ve-hicle, the domestic commercial vehicle is compared with foreign vehicle of the same standard. It has been found that the higher noise emitted by accelerating domestic vehicle is caused by the insufficient insulation of the cab. And then, the noise reduction measures of adding noise-absorbing material are proposed to absorb the noise on the cab. The results show that the cab noise insulation is enhanced after optimization, and the noise emitted by accelerating vehicle is reduced by 1.3dB(A).关键词
