Abstract
At present, the research on the mechanical properties of bamboo skin materials is not enough at home and abroad. Through a large number of experiments, the tensile strength, compressive strength, elongation at break and other factors of the different thickness and height of the single layer of bamboo skin material and multilayer adhesive bamboo skin are deeply explored. The results show that by production process control, the 0.35 mm thickness of single layer of bamboo skin material is poor at tensile strength; three layer specimen tensile strength higher than that of single-layer specimen, and it has also made up for the double specimen adhesion defects; through optimizing the bamboo tube height parameter, we have calculated the compressive strength of bamboo skin material is about 18 MPa~21 MPa. The scientific research methods and valuable data above provide a theoretical basis for the analysis of the mechanical components of bamboo.关键词
