促进剂对ENR25的硫化特性与耐空气老化性能的影响
Effect of Accelerators on Cure and Hot-air Aging Properties of Epoxidized Natural Rubber
摘要
Abstract
The effects of three accelerators,such as N-tert-butyl-2-benzothiazyl sulphenamide (TBBS),2-mer-captobenzothiazole ( M) and tetramethylthiuram disulphide ( TMTD ) on cure characteristics, crosslink densities, mechanical properties and hot-air aging of epoxidized natural rubber with 25 mol % epoxidation ( ENR25 ) were studied. The results showed that the ENR25 with accelerator NS showed the longer scorch time and appropriate cure rate. Meanwhile TBBS gave the higher crosslink density,the best mechanical property,hot-air aging resistance and thermal-oxidative stability for ENR25. So the accelerator TBBS is the best choice for ENR25.关键词
