摘要

Abstract

The silica gel carriers for polyolefin catalysts were dried by spray dryer in pilot production process. The effect of inlet temperature of spray dryer on the micromorphology and physical properties of silica gel and differ-ent drying temperature for polymerization was investigated by experiment. The results showed that the silica gel sur-face morphology was in accord with the commercial silica gel,the total pore volume and average pore were slightly larger than the commercial silica gel when the inlet temperature of spray dryer was above 460℃ from SEM analysis. In summary,the activity and ploymer particle morphology of the silica gel supported catalysts were better than com-mercial catalysts.
