摘要

Abstract

In order to improve the affinity between silica powder and UP and to reduce the amount of resin dur-ing artificial stone processing,the silica powder was modified with modified polysiloxane in the process of grinding. Oil absorption,suspension viscosity and penetration time were used to characterize the modification effects. The re-sults showed that when the dosage of modifier reached to 3. 5‰,the modified quartz powder had the lower oil-ab-sorbed value,better lipophilicity and best compatibility with unsaturated polyester.
