The Relationship Between Family Function and Subjective Well-being Among Elderly Patients with Hypertention in Community
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the relationship between family function and subjective well-being among elderly patients with hypertention in community in order to provide evidence for home-visiting of elderly patients with hypertention in community. Methods Elderly patients with hypertention meeting the inclusive criteria were selected with convenience sampling household survey method,investigated with the APGAR and MUNSH.Results The family function's total score was (5.12±2.30),the number of families with disabled family function was 486 (73.0%),and the number of families with good family function was 180 (27.0%). The total score of subjective well-being is(24.24±2.15),the percentage of high and middle level of subjective well-being is73.0%, the low level is 27.0%.Family function and every degree had remarkable positive relationship with the subjective well-being (P<0.05).Conclusion There is a correlation between family function and the subjective well-being.Improving family function can help patients with hypertention increase the subjective well-being.关键词
