Abstract
Objective To understand the status quo of community-based management of hypertension in Funing street kaier-fudi community health service station,then provide evidence for making more effective hypertension protection program.Methods A total of 260 community health records were selected by stratified cluster random sampling,which have been managed more than one years,then we analyzed the information with retrospective study.Results Male occupied 44.62%,female occupied 55.38%. Pa-tients over 60 years of age accounted for 66.54% in the community health records. Blood pressure control rate of the hypertension patients was 85%.The community health records accuracy rate of hypertension patients was 91.15%.The standardized management rate of hypertension patients was 60.00%. 72% of the hypertension patients receives health examination once a year.Conclusion Managing the hypertension patients by community health services institution can increase the blood pressure control rate,but it is necessary to improve the management of hypertension by establishing the community health records precisely and conducting the standardized management with health examination accurately.关键词
