Abstract
Objective To study the clinical significance of subacute thyroiditis diagnosed and treated with color ultrasonogra-phy examination.Methods 50 cases of patients with suspect subacute thyroiditis were given color ultrasonography examination.Af-ter confirmed,they were treated with prednisone.After drug withdrawal,the patients with suspect subacute thyroiditis were given a 4 months to 1 year of follow-up.Results All patients had no significant adverse reactions during the treatment,the clinical cure rate and recurrence rate of patients in the ultrasound group were significantly better than patients in the clinical group(P<0.05);In terms of the treatment time and the total dosage of prednisone,there were no statistical significance differences between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion When the patients with subacute thyroiditis are made clinical diagnosis and treatment,the color ultrasonog-raphy examination can effectively improve the clinical cure rate,reduce the recurrence rate,worthy of clinical popularization and ap-plication.关键词
