摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate terbutaline/budesonide solution Inhalation newborns asthma expiratory flow improved clinical care benefits.Methods neonatal patients in our hospital from August 2013 to August 2015 in 70 cases terbutaline I/budes-onide solution hospitalized joint inhaled by patient guardians are willing to accept clinical nursing intervention divided into two groups.The control group were treated with routine care of patients in the experimental group applied on clinical nursing intervention were compared expiratory flow rates related to nursing and patient satisfaction with the situation guardians and other care effects. Results After treatment, patients in the experimental group peak expiratory flow (PEF) was significantly higher than that of pa-tients there is an obvious difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);After treatment, patients in the experimental group in the middle forced expiratory flow(FEF25%~75%) was significantly higher than that of patients there is an obvious difference was statisti-cally significant(P<0.05);guardian care of patients in the experimental group very significantly higher than satisfaction, there is a sig-nificant difference statistically significance (P<0.01);experimental group guardian care of total satisfaction was significantly higher in patients with significant difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Terbutaline/budesonide solution Inhalation treat-ment of neonatal clinical nursing intervention in patients with asthma to take care of the effect is significant, with care reference.关键词
