Value Preposition of Political Administration: Political Values and Its Construction
摘要
Abstract
Political administration refers to the integration of political self and administrative objects. Political self is the behavioral agent in the process of political administration and administrative object is the concrete practice of political administration. The effectiveness of political administration depends on whether the action of political self can be kept within the fixed political order and fulfill the desired administrative objectives based on it. Thus, this requires inter principles which can standardize the action of political subjects, presuppose and guide the political objects. These internal principles are actually political values, for the political values in themselves mean the political life should be a principle of regulation and value guide. In this sense, political values and its system which is formed from the selection of political values, make up the value preposition of political administration, and decide whether the political administration can be carried out smoothly and its administrative objectives are good or not.关键词
