摘要

Abstract

Labor contract is a typical relational contract,which needs to keep relation solidarity continuously.Inner codes keeping labor relation solidarity include discrete labor contract,inner norms of employer and collective labor contract.Discrete labor contract is the fundamental mechanism to conform labor relation,but it is incomplete and needs employer's inner norms as a supplement.Collective contract has priority and regulation functions to discrete labor contract and inner norms.In order to keep labor relation solidarity,China's legislation on inner norms and collective contract should be better developed.
