响应面法优化闪式提取废弃烟叶中的茄尼醇
Response surface optimization of flash extraction for solanesol from tobacco residue
摘要
Abstract
Response surface methodology (RSM) was used to optimize liquid-solid ratio, motor voltage and extraction time of flash extraction. The results showed that the optimum extraction parameters of RSM were as follows: liquid-solid ratio being 17∶1, motor voltage 113 V, and extraction time 110 s. Verification experiments of solanesol extraction were carried out for 5 times under the optimal extraction conditions, and the yield of solanesol was 46.03%, presenting a relative error 0.6% with theoretical datum (46.31%).关键词
